What
about the time period during the initial battery exchange
when I don't have a battery? |

Most
dogs won't notice that the collar is not working
for a couple of days. Leave the Invisible Fence®
receiver collar on the dog even though there is
no battery. If you're not comfortable with this,
just put them on leash for the time being.
Note:
Many dogs do test the system occasionally, so waiting
until your dog has escaped to replace the battery
is not recommended. Consistency is vital in pet
training – another reason to be on an Underdog
Battery Service® Plan.
